Programmes
Each personal training session consists of a scientifically devised workout specific to your ability and weight loss goal. You will be given dietary advice at each session and additional dietary information to take home each week. As your trainer I will work with you where you feel most comfortable; whether this is at your office, home or local park. If your prefer to workout in a fully equiped gym I can also train you at a Central London location (prices will vary).
Initial free consultation:
Our first meeting
- Discuss diet and exercise history
- Goals and time frames for weight loss
- Advised on duration of programme
- You will receive a food diary ready for completion prior to next assessment

Note: Payment for Exercise and Dietary assessment must be given at Initial consultation
Dietary and exercise assessment:
Essential before commencing further programmes
- Measurements taken including height, weight, body fat, girth
- Metabolic rate calculated
- Food diary analysis
- Daily calorie requirement calculated
- Information on the science behind healthy eating and weight loss
- Diet and meal plan information
- Rational for type of exercise in training sessions
- Information on extra exercise to be taken each week, if necessary

Note: Payment for Personal training sessions must be given at Exercise and Dietary assessment
Personal Training session prices/weight loss programmes:
- Single session. Price: 1 hr: £55
- Energise and Tone. Price: 5 x 1 hr: £250 (saving of £25)
- Inch loss programme. Price: 10 x 1 hr: £475 (saving of £75)
- The complete ‘WeighToGo’ package. Price: 20 x 1hr: £900 (saving of £200)
Note: Partner and group sessions also available at a reduced price
Don't forget if you have to cancel within 24 hrs of the session you will be charged
